Your website says 5% off for online order. The site doesn't add any kind of a discount and instead charges MORE for an online service fee. Feels kind of wrong to cheat people that way.

We have ordered from your business multiple times over that past couple months and the past two times we have waited over an hour for our order. When we call we are told there was no order or the order did not print out even though I was charged and I got the confirmation order email immediately after order went through. When my associate called and wanted to speak to someone regarding the issue she wouldn't even take responsibility for the issue that was clearly on the restaurant.. I don't know if you have a new manager or new staff but it's really unacceptable to have this happen multiple times and she's not even apologetic to the situation.

On Tuesday I got chicken egg foo young and it was for me and my mother there were no Chinese vegetables in there at all it was just some doughy kind of chicken and a few onions and the wonton soup was not very good and all I can say is I was very disappointed with the whole thing my grandson barely touched his General tsos chicken. Quit being cheap...put Chinese veg in more.
